Endz JazzSoul

The Oracle Collective’s live music platform, celebrating the sounds, communities and creative lineages that shape UK music.

The name describes the philosophy. Endz Jazz Soul is not simply a jazz night. It is about place, improvisation and feeling.

Endz

Where you are from: the areas and communities that shape your sound. Artists from across the UK represent the sound, history and environment that made them.

Jazz

The Black musical lineage, and the principle of improvisation, freedom and spontaneous exchange. Also “all that jazz”: room for personality, talk and the unexpected, so artists can show sides of themselves that might be treated as extra or outside a narrow genre.

Soul

The personal feeling underneath the work: the lived experience behind the music.

Philosophy

Endz Jazz Soul exists to platform the future, honour the lineage, connect scenes that may not normally meet and create the conditions for unexpected musical collaboration.
